Color Skate is a colour selector that will help you to discover new and harmonious colour schemes. You can select any colour you see on the screen, and generate from it, automatically, up to 11 tones that are in harmony with it, and can be adjusted to your preferences.

This program also includes utilities to extract the values of colours from any photo or webpage. You can create your own colour schemes, preview them as a web template, print colour examples, copy colour values to the clipboard, and much more.
